The deployment process

This answer varies slightly depending on if you choose to deploy on-premise, in the cloud, or a hybrid approach of leveraging both on-premise and cloud. If we are doing cloud only, it only takes a matter of 15min for the software to be up and running with your existing cameras. If we are doing an on-premise or hybrid deployment, it will depend on the amount of servers going up at your property but it should take no longer than 30 minutes.

Once everything is up and running, there will be a commissioning period of a couple weeks where we work with you to tailor everything to your preferences. This includes tweaking camera settings if needed, assisting you with configuring alerts you want to have active, training, and anything else that will help position you for success.
